We have known Deb for several years and found her to be honest, helpful, and very professional to work with while she was in the property management business….a tough, competitive, business! When we decided to sell our condo in Fernie, we told her we would try to sell it ourselves but would list it with her if that did not work. She was very helpful and forthcoming with advice during our attempt to self-sell. When that became too complicated, we listed it with her. She provided the help and guidance we needed and worked with us to set a price with which we were comfortable. The timing was awkward for us (and for her); since we had to return to the states as soon as we listed it. She sold it in a matter of a few days; and kept us apprised after each showing; and candidly provided feedback to help us understand the evolving market. The sales process was even more complex across an international border and we insisted on understanding all aspects of the process.
