We have been visiting Fernie since 2004 and fell in love with the town.  Back in 2007 we purchased a quarter share condo on the ski hill from Deb.  She was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth.  Now over a decade later with two young boys we wanted to purchase something that we could call our own.  Deb had the patience to let us figure out what we wanted exactly by showing us multiple properties over the course of a year.  Once we had it ironed out, Deb would keep us constantly updated on the possibilities on the ski hill and how the market was looking.  Without hesitation we would use Deb for any real estate transaction in the Fernie area.
